Qualified and friendly staff will listen to what you are currently experiencing on your parenting journey.  They can offer you understanding, reassurance and encouragement along the way.  For FIFO families with one parent away on site and grandparents and extended family possibly living elsewhere, agencies such as Ngala can really help.
