Sexual Health

This is an important area of being human whether you are in a significant relationship or not, at home or on site. You need to take responsibility for your own sexual health and behaviour as it can be a wonderful thing but can also bring problems along life’s journey.

There are lots of organisations that deal specifically with this area, so they are used to helping and informing people. Blokes in particular don’t wait with something that’s bothering you about a sexual situation or your own physical sexual health. These agencies have seen it all – don’t be embarrassed by anything.

Of most importance, if you aren’t planning to have a child is to use protection. Yes your partner may be looking after that e.g. a woman on the pill but it’s a good idea to check with them and if it’s casual use condoms to prevent sexually transmitted disease or unexpected pregnancies. It’s not less manly – in fact it takes a good man to be aware and comfortable with this part of life, lust and love.
