Worried that your regular drink is becoming too regular? Are you drinking to the point of being drunk – lots? Is it starting to affect your health and relationships?

If you answered yes, to any of these then maybe it’s time to have a think about it and make some changes.
Here’s a neat way to do it online. You can join this program if you have a valid email address so you can access the program.
When you’re registered, you’ll be asked to complete the Self Assessment Module which is made up of questions about your alcohol use and other health-related issues.

Once you have completed the Self Assessment you are given feedback about your drinking and other related topics.
Then you will gain access to 4 modules online that provide information about how to manage

What to do:

If you’re ready to tackle the issue and successfully control your drinking, go to ACAR (The Australian Centre for Addiction Research).

Your company will also have an Employee Assistance Program who will be able to listen to and help you – as can your GP when you’re not on site.
